Wayne County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not affiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Site

This is a private reference resource that points visitors to Wayne County and Ohio jail, release, court, supervision, and offender-search sources. It stores no official government records. It cannot confirm live custody, release a person, file a document, change a record, or act for a public office. Outside research tools may be linked for convenience.


Acceptable Use Rules

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

Wayne County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Neither the site nor its advertising partners supplies a screening service. You agree not to use content from this site or a linked tool for any FCRA-regulated purpose.

  • Rental, tenant, or housing screening
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
